Lunch : Herbal Chicken Soup
Dinner : yong to fu
back to 62... phew.... look like till october also i will not losing weight... but no matter how, now the concern is to at least maintenance at 62... although is been 2 weeks... as long as the weight doesn't go up.. that good enough...
after all, now leave those stubborn fat in the muscle... less exercise.. less perspiring ... is not easy to burn fat...
