Dukan Diet Day 95

Weight = 62.4


Breakfast : Oat Bran + grill chicken
Lunch : yong to fu
Dinner : grill chicken

First day work at client's place, so got to eat more for breakfast, as i know is hard to get outside food and is always not enough and I can't just simply go out and eat. So I decided to eat more on breakfast and just a nice portion for lunch. Dinner at around 7pm+ bit hungry, but still okay. 

Weight reduce back to 62... phew... finally, dare not to eat pork till i stable, but i think i won't eat pork that much like last time... omg, but i love to eat pork!! 

anyway, diet till 58 first and we will see how~
