Dukan Diet Day 26 - 29

9 July, 2011 


Weight = 67.6 kg

Breakfast : Oat Bran 2 spoon
Lunch : grilled chicken chop
dinner : Hainanese Chicken + Herbal Egg white


As the next day will be going to redang, so I didn't cook, having meal outside, and have to be full as the journey is far about 10 hours, so I really eat as much as possible. And i know after this trip I will gain some weight for sure, as my weight now hasn't stable. 


10 July, 2011 


After long hour journey in the bus, no food at all, reached to merang jetty about 8am... starving... and well gonna rush on boat to redang.. reached redang around 10.30am... oh gosh... need to wait till 12noon for lunch... no choice.. grab some roasted pork that from friend's families... grab some bite... too hungry.. omg... stop thinking about diet for these days... enjoy my trip....


lunch started... i pick some chicken and vege... without taking rice... try to cut as much as possible... rinse the dishes with soup .. as im not eating rice.. so it quite salty to just eat like tat...


dinner also the same way... i try eat more vege... and...


i finally got my big business done... yoohooo...

Breakfast, none of the items that I can escape from carbo... porridge, mee, bihun, bao... close my eyes.. just eat if not i won't have energy to snorkeling.. 


lunch and dinner was not too bad... i have a lot of fishes... hope won't gain much ... 


12 July, 2011


Last day in redang, set up and back to Singapore. Heavy breakfast, mee goreng... can't avoid.. as the bus might not stopping for us to have lunch... 


All the way till around 4pm.. we all are so starving.. grab some snack.. we bought some keropok, dried sotong.. too hungry...


Till 8pm...dinner at yong peng... i had yong tou hu and chicken meat in the da bao... 


11.30pm.. finally reached home.. tired.. tomorrow gonna fight with my diet again...
