Dukan Diet Day 46


Weight = 66.5

Breakfast : Oat Bran 2 spoons 
Lunch : Chinese Ball
Dinner : Baked Chicken Cheese 

Well, i must said today i have so much nice food to eat... my dear Aris cooked for me... cooking way more to western style... Another way to cook in light and yummy... below the recipe courtesy by Aris

Chicken Ball Recipe

Ingredients (Chicken Ball):
mince chicken
cinnoman powder, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, parsley, dill for flavoring

Ingredients (Condiment):
Non-fat yoghurt
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Pasley

How to prepare (Chicken Ball):
1. Mix all the ingredients, blend all nicely
2. Prepare into ball shape
3. Spray with oilve oil
4. Baked 200c bout 15mins

How to prepare (Condiment):
1. Mix all the ingredients, blend all nicely

* Blend it base on own preference.

Baked Cheese Chicken Recipe

Ingredients (Chicken Ball):
chicken fillet
Ingredient A : salt, chili powder, parsley, black pepper for flavoring
fat free swiss cheese

Ingredients (Condiment):
Non-fat yoghurt
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Pasley

How to prepare (Chicken Ball):
1. Marinate chicken with Ingredient A 
2. Place nicely on baking plate
3. Spray with oilve oil
4. Baked 200c about 15-20mins

How to prepare (Condiment):
1. Mix all the ingredients, blend all nicely

* Blend it base on own preference.
