Dukan Diet Day 37

Weight = 67.6 kg

Breakfast : Oat Bran 2 spoon + half boiled egg (white only)
Lunch : water fried chicken fillet
dinner : Seafood Tom Yam (mix with vege)


Not suppose to have vege... just lazy to cook and having dinner with friend.. so ... having some vege in the soup should be fine. but surprisingly ... i got my big business done... hehe... not bad tho...
