Breakfast : Oat Bran 1 1/2 spoon
Lunch : steamed fish
dinner : steamed fish
snack : yoghurt
Tomorrow will be my last day for AT phase. I'm starting love this diet as I'm really start losing weight. I felt a little lighter... heading my goal... this way was really amazing, almost 1kg per week, I can even counting the day of I reaching the weight that I want.. after AT I have more variety to eat... great~
So enjoy in diet... not hungry... hehe...
