Today weight still around 69kg... not happy seeing this result... well maybe the first week start with vege so take time to adapt...
So called the pan fried chicken breast.. actually I didn't use oil... simple to cook.. use some water, take it like oil...

Ingredients:
Chicken breast cut into thin slice
salt and pepper for flavouring
How to prepare:
Make sure using non-stick pan, this easier to cook. Put some water, put in sliced chicken, add salt and pepper for flavoring. Always remember to flip to another side. Cook till the water dry and ready for serve.

* you may dress the dish with some yoghurt, is nice to eat together.. some lime / lemon will also good for taste..
* at the evening, I simply added dark soy sauce, it taste good too, after cook it, I was trying to fried egg white.. don't wash the pan, put in egg white and stir it.. the egg absorb the gravy .. very nice taste... good to try!
