Same cooking method like last time, this time I added some hard boiled egg white. By seeing my weight going down is my motivation to keep it up... as I am looking forward to see myself lose down... Getting more excited.. I know next week I will be meeting 67 ... hehe.. soon 66 ... 65 .... spend these time to lose so much I felt is worth. For the past 10 years, I had really over enjoyed the yummy food ... always eat, always hungry ... is time to lose some weight and stay healthy~
