Breakfast : Oat Bran 1 1/2 spoon
Lunch : Assam Stingy Ray & Stir fried Spinach
dinner : Assam Stingy Ray & Stir fried Spinach
Today's weight slightly up, will observe tomorrow and see how.. so far after these period.. the weight will up and down... but after that will stable again. These few days, I can felt that I lose some weight, my face a bit smaller, my leg a bit slimmer.. feeling good.. and hope the coming month I can feel light~ haha
