dinner : mushroom, to fu & Chicken
snack : yoghurt
Today starts my cruise phase... so fast.. already 11 days.. heading to 68 soon... can't give up although so many yummy food seducing me... just give me another 174 days... soon I will be better... although this diet is not suffering from hungry.. but im more like craving for other stuff... like pancake.. egg tart.. toast.. half boiled egg..ooo so many yummy food.. gonna stop for a while..
Stir Fried mushroom, to fu & chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
chicken cut into cube
to fu cut into cube
mushroom cut in slicesalt and pepper for flavouring
How to prepare:
Can't cook with oil, so i stir fried with water..
put in mushroom, stir it.. till soft and put in chicken, continue fried it... flavor with salt and pepper.. and shimmer for 5 minutes. Lastly put in to fu... shimmer for another 5 minutes.
Ready for serve.
