Weight = 69.5 kg
Breakfast : Oat Bran 1 cup
Lunch : ginseng chicken soup
dinner : chicken & squid soup
supper : chicken cubs (my snack food) + yoghurt
getting more tough... I felt my body heat. Like burning my throat. I keep drinking water. I didn't start my exercise yet, will start tomorrow.
Having supper for today cause I felt hungry... so i ate more. I should prepare more food in fridge so I can cook it when I am hungry.
Having my lunch outside, is not easy to find suitable food. Ginseng chicken was good, too bad the portion was not enough for me.
Another 2 days for attack period.. i can do it~

AT phase oat bran 1 1/2 tbl spoons only!!! 3tbl is too much !!
