Morning woke up, slow jog + walking 20mins.
Due to bad experience yesterday, was too thirsty, so I am thinking to cook black vinegar chicken, is sour so is more appetizing. Hope this help.
Black/White vinegar Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken cut into small piece
vinegar 500ml
ginger 30gm
dried chillies (optional, quantity depend if you like spicy then put more)
How to cook:
So simple as put everything into a pot, NO OIL needed, then boil with maximum heat. Then reduce low heat and shimmer 30 minutes.
This is yummy. Taste almost the same like vinegar Pig Trotter.
I am happy with my cooking today. Happy diet. :) also much better with the thirsty, I think I can handle it better today.
