S$ 800 for Condo room in Singapore!! Do you think this is possible?

I used to rent out my room via http://www.share-accommodation.sg/ I felt this website is useful and I can easily get my tenant through here. 

Recently I tried to look for a room, and I realized that there are quite many people make use of this website to con people. Well not the first case that I heard, but i really hope that no one will got in this trick. 

Some similarity of their trick;

1. long & detail email : they write about themselves, some working oversea, or as a foreigner, as a professional, or away from Singapore.... they story you about themselves and why they want to rent out the room...

2. Cheap rental but high deposit : Rental could be S$800 but they might asking about 2-3 months deposit. 

3. Claimed to show owner proof : if you believe in that piece of paper, you are almost to their trap! You gonna check with this the authority not with them. 

4. using very well design photos : they try to seduce you that the house in very worth with that little money... and if you notice, the photo always not tally... some having nice living but normal/old fashioned design bathroom... some worse.. renting out condo but showing landed house that with garden outside the house which can see from the window.. default design is different from the developer... different resolution for the photo.. some grabbing from others website.. etc etc.. 

5. If you asking on further detail, eg. the price is much more below than market rate, why renting so cheap.. and you know what? they won't reply!!

look the design in different style and the image resolution is so small for this..
