today finally i can do big business... quite tough.... but at least something out feel better... according to dukan diet... during the diet period will have difficulties to toilet.. so i think 5 days vege for this purpose...
today new dish... spring onion sliced fish.. of cause not the best compare normal cooking, cause the oil... without oil is bit difficult to bring the fragrance of the spring onion and ginger.. but still not too bad.. definitely good for those diet for health.

Spring Onion Sliced Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
fish cut in slice
spring onion cut in medium length
ginger cut into thin slice
How to prepare:
1. put about 30ml water, boil it.
2. when water boil, put a bit of salt
3. put in think sliced ginger, cover lid, shimmer 1 minutes
4. put in spring onion, cover lid, shimmer 1 minutes
5. put in sliced fish, cover lid, shimmer 5 minutes
6. add in soy, dark soy & white pepper powder, stir it, cover lid, shimmer 2 minutes
7. ready for serve
