dinner : Water Fried spinach & steamed to fu
today will be vege day... and i had my first time yoga class...
yoga is nice for me.. as i don't want to build muscle but exercise in more relax way... though is relax but is not easy too.. yoga make me sweat a lot too... i think i like yoga.. it can helps to relax mind... relax body muscle too...
today vege day.. due to long time that i didn't doing big business...so i decided to take more vege....
Water Fried spinach Recipe
Ingredients:
spinach
salt for flavoring
How to prepare:
cook with boil water, when it turns to deep green color, ready to serve.
Steamed Tofu Recipe
Ingredients:
Tofu
Ingredients:
Tofu
chicken cut into cube/minced
salt for flavoring
How to prepare:
1. steam tofu with another pot or steamer
2. cook chicken cube with boil water, about 100ml will do, don't put too much... add in flavoring, you may add some dark soy sauces so it look nicer...
3. shimmer about 5mins.. ready to serve..
4. take out the tofu from steamer, make sure dry the water
5. pour the chicken on the tofu
