Dukan Diet Day 18

Weight = 69.1 kg

Breakfast : Oat Bran 1 1/2 spoon
Lunch : Tofu Chicken Ball
dinner : Tofu Chicken Ball


I think is better for me to take 5days vege and 5days pure protein. cause I realise that after the 3-4days vege, I can go to toilet better... 


So today will be the last day vege and tomorrow I'm going to start pure protein. 






Tofu Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
Minced Chicken breast 

fish paste (make sure from those pure fish maker, usually those already added salt)

To Fu
How to prepare:
Mix all in a bowl, blend all together evenly. Then boil the water, use spoon to make them into ball and cooke with water. When the ball float up mean it's cooked. 



* may eat with some soy sauce and chillies..
