Breakfast : Oat Bran 2 spoon + Black Coffee
Lunch : Sliced fish soup
dinner : Sashimi & chicken fillet...
finally ... 6... hahahaa... finally 6 ... but this weekend going back hometown, hopefully don't gain much... headache again of what to eat...
having quite alot dinner tonight as a friend gave me a voucher for the restaurant... nice having the yummy and fresh cut sashimi... and back home have to finish my chicken fillet as im going back for 3 days.. not going to leave that in fridge for so many days...
a long weekend again.. fighting to balance my meal and diet.. hehe :)
