Weight = 67.4
Breakfast : Oat Bran 2 spoons
Lunch : steamed fish
dinner : sliced fish soup
recently the weight maintaining at around 67... although not decrease but also lucky that not increase too... i think the reason is .. i been traveling outside and can't really manage my consumption well.. like past 2 days i had 4 egg yolk which im not suppose to take more than half in a week... but this gonna take lot of time to burn it...
overall still good... look forward next month.. hope next month can cut down another 3 kg... that's will be great!! fighting!!
