Weight = 68.4 kg
Breakfast : Oat Bran 2 spoon
Lunch : Water Fried chicken fillet
dinner : Steamed fish
Snack : Yoghurt
i feel my stomach is full with gas and ... im still not yet doing big business... this week, weight seem stay on 68... need to work hard again... maybe do some more exercise ... hope next week back to 67..
