Breakfast : Oat Bran 2 spoon
Lunch : Water Fried chicken Fillet
dinner : Water Fried chicken Fillet
seem like weight is now at the range of 67... so coming will be 66... yay....
feel great losing weight.. i feel lighter... like can breath better. haha... of cause... can where clothes nicer and take nice photo shoot too~
look forward to my goal... hope soon to reach...
