Dukan Diet Day 50

Weight = 65.1

Breakfast : Oat Bran Pancake
Lunch : Grilled Saba fish
Dinner : Kimchi Seafood soup
snack : yoghurt

hooray ... 65.1 now... in the 65 level.... phew.. finally... outside the whole day.. so having my lunch and dinner at out... 

mix oat bran and egg white
fried with pan
oat bran pancake.. look not bad right.. bit over cook so not nice...
morning tried to make pancake with my oatbran.. terrible taste.. i think is a little over cooked.. it taste really bad..



grill saba set
lunch had saba grill at Marina Square food court, as i was not taking rice.. so again i have to wash away the sauce and oil with soup, felt gross .. too much oil, too heavy flavor...

craving of yoghurt. had a small cup.. so happy...

dinner had my kimchi soup at yummy seoul @ central ... so so full...
