Lunch : Spinach Chicken Ball Soup
Dinner : Pan Fried Chicken Fillet
Today, we went to wet market. Wet market is always my best choice to buy chicken, cheaper and they can clean & cut for me.
Weight go down slow, but i believe by continue eating this way, my goal for sure will reach one day... very sure... now think back, actually im cheating quite a lot.. that's why my weight still around 67 ... 66 ... by right i should be reaching 64... due to cheating... alcohol... mee goreng... sausage... hmm.. quite a lot... never mind, i will still working on it, and now already 66.. soon .. i think soon ... 65 .. :)

Spinach Chicken Ball Soup Recipe
Ingredients (Chicken Ball):

mince chicken
fish paste
salt, white pepper for flavoring
Ingredients (Soup):
Spinach
Egg
Salt for flavoring
How to prepare (Chicken Ball):
1. Mix all the ingredients, blend all nicely
2. Boil pot of water
3. Make it in ball shape and put inside the boil water
4. When the ball float on water, it mean is cooked. Set aside for soup later.
How to prepare (Soup):
1. Use the boil water that for chicken ball just now.
2. add some salt for flavoring
3. when boil, add in spinach, cook for 3 minutes
4. add in egg cook for 1 minutes
5. Ready for serve
