Breakfast : oat bran + 2 x half boiled egg + siew mai
Lunch : siew mai + popiah
Lunch : siew mai + popiah
Dinner : popiah + beancurd + steam fish + fish paste
I ate a lot tonight, not in the good mood so i ate a lot, esp my dinner.. really too much.. even i'm full but i still eat.. hope eating to balance my mood... well it help a bit but not much...
