Dukan Diet Day 49

Weight = 65.7


Breakfast : Oat Bran 2 spoons
Lunch : Pan Fried Chicken Fillet
Dinner : Spicy Assam Chicken Fillet

Yoga day.... love this yoga  stretching. Since I joined this yoga class, I realized my shoulder is not so painful like usual, still quite tight but at least not that much painful now. 

Busy whole day working, night time feel like having something different, so used those ingredient I leave and make this spicy assam chicken fillet.. well, again is yummy.. hehe...




Spicy Assam Chicken Fillet Soup Recipe

Ingredients (Chicken Ball):
Chicken Fillet
Assam, Chili & salt for flavoring

How to prepare (Chicken Ball):
1. Put in Assam, Chili & salt to boiled water, boil for 3 minutes
2. Put in chicken, cook for 10 minutes

* you may add in egg to plain chicken soup.
