Breakfast : siew mai
Lunch : spinach fish ball & chicken ball soup

Today weight still maintaining at 65... seem like next week might go down to 64... but not sure about it as I will be going to KL, as you know KL is heaven of food... so worry I can't control myself.
however i will try my best.
