Lunch : sliced fish soup + dumpling
Dinner : dumpling
Snack : Seaweed
weight remaining ... im starter to wondering... wonder when my weight not changing that period, could it be the food or the exercise part that i did wrong? or maybe now it the most difficult part to burn the fats? could be both...
well anyway... like i always said... not going up but going stable is good too~ i'm sure soon will meet 63 and so on....
