Dukan Diet Day 76


Weight = 64.2

Breakfast : Oat bran
Lunch : steamed fish + niang to fu
Dinner : sliced fish soup
Snack : Seaweed

still remain at 64.2 .... slow mode now... 

end of this month... run out of idea of what to eat... could be chicken soup for tomorrow~
