Breakfast : oat bran + to fu
Lunch : chicken breast + popiah + beancurd
Lunch : chicken breast + popiah + beancurd
Dinner : chicken breast + yoghurt
recently didn't cook something special, reason is i really busy with work.. so i have to eat all the same things... important is not hungry.. have to rush all the jobs ... no choice...
but now looking at my weight now... closer and closer... another 4.5 to reach 60... that's really awesome.. and now im happy that most of my pants are loosen now... i don't even need to unzip to take it off... that's lose a lot inches there... the result is the biggest motivation to me..
and another good thing is I think sometimes just cheat a little bit .. not too much... it is fine.. like the day before i had a small cup ice-cream... just a small one... but of cause not cheating for the whole day with high fat food... or sugar...
never stop writing blog, part of the motivation too... recently i can feel that my waist is burning... cause sweat a lot on that... :) waist lose 2.5" already... so so happy~
