Dukan Diet Day 74

Weight = 64.2

Breakfast : dumpling
Lunch : dumpling
Dinner : dumpling
Snack : Seaweed

suddenly carving of dumpling, so decided to made a home version and healthy version... woke up early today and get myself ready to wet market so buy some ingredients... 

spent 2 hours, finally i got all my dumpling done... yummy~ 

here is my recipe~

add some soy sauce or black vinegar, taste nice too

chicken mix with carrot & mang guang

chicken mix with chives


Dumpling Recipe

Ingredients A:
minced meat, for healthier choice use chicken
chives or carrot and mangguang
ready made dumpling skin

* mixture of either one of this give different taste. 


How to prepare:
1. mince all ingredient, add in flavouring salt and pepper. 
2. Blend them nicely. 
3. wrap with dumpling skin. 
4. cook with boiled water for 5 mins, ready to serve. 



* you may add in egg,
