Dinner : yong to fu
such a busy week.. beside work is still work... don't have much time to cook, tired week. weight maintaining same. I think it will take longer to reduce as recently i'm not really exercise or walking.. and stay in the air-cond room hard to get perspire too...
anyway, maybe takes longer time but as long as can reach my goal! after this work month will be heading to vietnam.. haha... i doubt i can lose till 60 for this or coming month.. haha
