same like yesterday, i had the same food.... as i am busy working. Diet is not easy as actually i still have a lot option, just that I don't really have enough time to prepare and cook. If not this diet could be very fun too.
My friend bought back mooncake, omg... a sweet potatoes with alcohol inside.... i tasted one... a small portion... think need a lot time to burn the calories... :( but is yummy~
well, tomorrow gonna to buy my food ... got to think what to eat now...
no matter how .. i will still keep it up~ is not far from my goal...
