Breakfast : Oat Bran + 2pcs crackers
Lunch : popiah
Dinner : chicken fillet soup
Recently i am cheating... always eat 1 / 2 pcs cracker.. as i really feel to eat... but it seem doesn't affect a lot... my weight still able to go down... today weight surprisingly reduce by 1kg... that's really shocking... hope it really continue lower not just a day in this weight...
goal is near me now... :))
