Dinner : grill chicken
start pure protein day, too much on the day before till now still 64... so hard to get 62 and now back to 64... :((
pork is really bad for this diet.. i won't cheat with pork again.. gonna be decent hope back to 62 back soon and my goal... hope before my trip to vietnam can reach 60... :)
