Lunch : popiah
Dinner : chicken fillet
seem like i'm really in this weight now.... wow~ this is wonderful... hope on my birthday can lose more... gonna be special for this year birthday~
one heading to a new stage...with 30 ... :) and in slimmer body and healthier life... wow
this year will be good and surely better next year~
