Breakfast : Oat Bran + beancurd
Lunch : kimchi soup
Dinner : yong to fu
been nearly 2 weeks, eating vege.. oh no... well this is expected actually.. never expected to lose weight just hope to maintenance as it is so tough to eat outside especially both lunch and dinner...
i can't wait to dinner at home as i always feel hungry when around 6pm.. that's my usual time for dinner.. well.. i will try to eat less.. or eat meat.. but .. meat at outside usually cook with oil... sliced fish soup portion is not enough for me too.. :(
No matter how, time passing fast, soon I can on pure protein again... gambatek!!
