another busy day .... will busy with work recently so don't have much time to cook ~ :((
this is sad... so im going to just eat anything that easy to get.... and i think because of the dumpling .. so my weight going down very slow.... i will stop that... and think of something else to eat... have to think of new creation.....
Actually I been thinking to buy happy call double sided frypan.... with that .. i can pan fried a whole chicken without oil!! that's wonderful and I can have more option.. even can fry a crispy fish ... no oil!! i miss this kind of food... but the pan is expansive still think about it again.. :((
