Breakfast : Oat Bran + beancurd
Lunch : yong to fu
Dinner : grilled chicken + beancurd
busy day again.... lunch as usual.. the thing that i can eat and more filling... so is always yong to fu...
dinner time i was busy meeting client and collecting goods from supplier.. so ... had some beancurd for a quick one... back home had my dinner with grilled chicken.. been a long time didn't cook.. miss the taste... :)
Again, is a nice one.. hehe... fighting.. !
