Lunch : grill chicken
Dinner : grill fish
after one day pure protein... weight reduce.. phew... now gonna keep on pure for about 10 days.. but too bad that im going to start work at outside for a month, hopefully will have suitable food to eat.
anyway, i will not give up!! goal is reaching soon... soon i can be freedom!! yay!
