Breakfast : Oat Bran + grill chicken
Lunch : mix rice
Dinner : grill chicken
Today had lunch at client's canteen... so not much choice.. taken a bit rice so more full... but still when knock off time i was so hungry.. think because i used to had my dinner at 6pm... and i used to eat whenever i felt hungry.. now i can't.. that's y feel hungry...
no matter how... one month is very fast... heading to 61 soon... wow ... nearer nearer... happy!!
